We hope this message finds you well and that you are enjoying your summer.
This evening the Board approved Sara Tutthill as the temporary acting superintendent of the Mark Twain Union Elementary School District. Sara will serve in this role until we hire a permanent superintendent. We are confident that her leadership and dedication will ensure a smooth transition.
Once her temporary position as acting superintendent is finished, Sara will return to her role as Principal. We are grateful for her willingness to step into this role and for her ongoing commitment to our school community.

Spring Sing & Open House is NEXT Wednesday, May 8th!
Book Fair opens at 4pm. Open House begins at 5:00pm, & Spring Sing starts at 5:30pm. Thanks to PTC we will have a taco truck & soft serve ice cream truck serving up some yummy eats and treats. PTC will also be selling spirit wear. Please come and enjoy a wonderful family event with us. :)

Kids Heart Challenge is kicking off on Tuesday October 31st with a fun filled assembly by the American Heart Association! Together, we’ll empower our students to have happy and healthy hearts and brains, while raising lifesaving donations to help others with special hearts.
