Overview

  • 6th Grade Science Camp is a week long field trip that our students look forward to each year. Science Camp is generally at the end of February. All forms and permission slips are distributed in the weeks prior to camp. It is important to turn these forms in to your student's teacher in a timely manner as the camp needs a head count well in advance to make sure they order enough food and supplies to accommodate your children.

Science Camp is a no visit and no cell phone cite. Communication is though mail only. If you would like to send your child a letter we suggest sending it before your student leaves for camp to ensure they will recieve your letter during their stay at the camp. The address to send letters to is: 20161 Big Basin Way, Boulder Creek, CA 95006.

If there is an emergency while your student is at camp a teacher will contact you immediately.

Donations to assist with payment of camp are always welcome and can be turned in at the school office. We have been lucky enough in previous years to collect enough donations to cover the cost of camp for all of our students. This means that our families who cannot afford the cost can still have their children participate in this valuable educational experience. Thank you Copperopolis and surrounding communities for making this possible!
